Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase accompanied by original proof of purchase. Once the item is received, a refund will be applied in full. All items must be returned in new or unused condition.
Exchanges and Repairs:
Broken or damaged jewelry can be fixed or repaired within 365 days of purchase. We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility. Once the item is received an exchange or repair will take place.
We refund the full cost of the merchandise and applicable taxes if your return is a result of our error or defective product. If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and applicable taxes minus the return shipping fee.
